Horses typically don’t get vaccinations until they are several months old, depending on their needs. Some vaccinations are started at four months old and need to be boostered three to four weeks later. Some vaccinations are not given until a horse is five to six months old. Most of these also need to be boostered three to four weeks later.
Some vaccinations need to be given when your horse is eight to eleven months old. Depending on the form of the vaccine given, it may need to be boostered.
We have an on-site Coggins lab. Results can be received by the end of day if needed. We have the capability of providing digital Coggins forms, with the digital Coggins forms you will have has access to Global Vet Link site to print your Coggins forms at anytime. With the use of the digital document, we have been able to provide a more consistent reproducible and accurate record of your horses. Plus Global Vet Link makes it easy to get health papers when traveling or going to events that require a CVI.
